• Pricing and Fees: The price represents Beach Better’s unit price and does not include government fees, taxes (7%), dealer administrative fees, or finance charges (if applicable). Final sales price will vary depending on options or accessories selected.

• Cart Sold As-Is. Beach Better acquired this cart brand new, and it has had no other owners. We will transfer your existing plate or issue a new one if you plan to use the cart as a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV). Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

• Images and Descriptions: Images are presented as reasonable facsimiles of the offered unit. Non-standard options or features may be represented in photos shown. No guarantee of availability or inclusion of displayed options should be inferred.

• Availability and Quotes: Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance. Availability of units and options is subject to change without notice.

• Sales and Financing: All sales are subject to approval and acceptance by Beach Better. Financing is available through approved lenders and is subject to credit approval. Additional terms and conditions may apply.

• Warranty and Service: All new units come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Used units may come with a limited warranty or be sold "as-is." Extended warranties are available for purchase. Regular maintenance and service are recommended to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your golf cart.

• Street-Legal Compliance: For units intended for street use, compliance with local and state regulations is required. This includes, but is not limited to, proper registration, insurance, and adherence to safety standards such as headlights, taillights, turn signals, mirrors, and seat belts.

• Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are subject to the dealership’s return policy. A restocking fee may apply. Custom orders and special configurations may not be eligible for return.

• Liability: Beach Better is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from the use of the golf cart. Customers are advised to operate their vehicles safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
