Assembled From Parts (ASPT) Disclosure

What is an ASPT Vehicle? ASPT stands for “Assembled from Parts.” This designation applies to vehicles that have been constructed or reconstructed using components from various sources, including different manufacturers or salvaged parts.

Buyer Acknowledgment & Disclosures By purchasing an ASPT-designated vehicle from Beach Better, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Vehicle History This vehicle has been assembled from parts of various origins. The year listed on the title may not match the original manufacturing year of the cart.

Warranty & Liability Beach Better provides no warranty, express or implied, on the performance, safety, or reliability of ASPT vehicles. The buyer assumes all risks associated with ownership and use.

Inspection & Certification The vehicle has passed all required inspections and meets legal standards for road-worthiness. However, due to its assembled nature, performance and longevity may vary.

Resale Value The ASPT designation may impact the vehicle’s resale value. Buyers should consider this before completing their purchase.

Insurance Considerations Insurance coverage and premiums for ASPT vehicles may differ from standard vehicles. Buyers are encouraged to consult with their insurance provider.

🛠️ 1-Year Bumper-to-Bumper Labor Warranty

VCarts offers the industry’s only 1-year “bumper-to-bumper” labor warranty, covering the repair or replacement of any non-consumable defective parts at no cost to the customer.

🔧 5-Year Bumper-to-Bumper Parts Warranty

VCarts also provides a 5-year “bumper-to-bumper” parts warranty, replacing any non-consumable defective parts to keep your cart rolling smoothly.

⚡ 3-Year High-Value Components Labor Warranty

Coverage includes 3 full years of labor for the repair or replacement of key components: Electric Motor, Motor Controller and Battery

🔋 6-Year Lithium Battery Warranty

VCarts lithium-ion battery packs are covered for 6 years:

  • Years 1–4: Full replacement

  • Years 5–6: Full replacement with prorated cost

🛡️ 10-Year Chassis & Frame Warranty

The chassis and frame are protected for 10 years against manufacturer defects—because a strong foundation matters.

📝 Warranty Terms & Conditions

  • Warranty eligibility and defect determination are at the sole discretion of VCarts.

  • VCarts may require defective parts to be returned to their Houston-area warehouse or destroyed to validate coverage.

  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

🚚 Transportation & Pickup Fees

Beach Better customers are responsible for all roundtrip transportation and pickup fees for any carts serviced under warranty. VCarts does not reimburse the customer for these costs, and Beach Better will charge them to the customer at the time of service.

🚫 What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Tires, valve stems, wiper blades, and other consumable components subject to routine wear and tear over time

  • Abuse, misuse, or neglect

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Use of non-OEM parts

  • Improper maintenance or charging

  • Commercial or rental use

VCARTS Battery Warranty

🌴 Coverage at a Glance

VCarts provides a 4-Year Full Replacement Warranty on every V3–Power branded battery, plus an additional 2 years prorated. This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship, giving customers long-lasting confidence in their ride.

  • Battery Warranty: 4 years full replacement + 2 years prorated

  • Coverage begins: On the date of purchase (as shown on the customer’s invoice from an authorized VCarts dealer)

  • Note: This warranty is non-transferable

🛠️ Labor Warranty

  • If a battery fails due to a manufacturer’s defect within the first 4 years, VCarts will provide replacement service and labor at no charge at their facility in Katy, Texas.

  • During the first year, authorized dealers like Beach Better may also provide labor for battery replacement at no cost.

📅 Warranty Start Date

The warranty begins on the date of purchase, as shown on the bill of sale or invoice from an authorized VCarts dealer. If that documentation is unavailable, VCarts will use the date the cart was sold to the dealer as the start date. Warranty claims are only valid for purchases made through authorized VCarts dealers.

🔄 Battery Replacement & Shipping

  • All warranty replacements are brand new batteries—never refurbished.

  • VCarts ships replacement batteries free of charge to any business address in the lower 48 states.

  • Customers are responsible for recycling the old battery locally.

⚠️ What’s Not Covered

While VCarts batteries are built to handle the heat, salt, and sand, the warranty does not cover damage from:

  • Improper installation or maintenance

  • Water exposure, freezing, fire, or accidents

  • Overcharging, undercharging, or running the battery dead

  • Use in unintended applications or extreme temperatures

  • Tampering, reverse polarity, or environmental damage

  • Normal wear and tear from high usage

VCarts and Beach Better reserves the right to determine if a battery has reached its natural end of life—even within the warranty period.

🧾 Legal Notes

This warranty replaces all other warranties—express or implied. VCarts and Beach Better are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including lost time, profits, or property damage.

Warranty Processing Guidelines

To ensure eligibility for warranty replacement parts or labor, customers must follow VCarts’ official warranty processing guidelines.

📝 Getting Started

To be eligible for warranty coverage, the end user must:

  • Register the warranty within 30 days of the cart’s invoice date

  • Open a warranty ticket with VCarts’ Tech Support Department

  • Respond to troubleshooting questions from VCarts Tech Support

  • Complete any requested troubleshooting tasks

  • Send photos of the affected parts via email or SMS, as requested

These steps help VCarts quickly and accurately assess the issue and keep your cart cruising.

⚠️ Important Reminders

Failure to follow VCarts’ setup, operation, and maintenance instructions—found in the user manual, service manual, website, or signage on the cart—will void the parts and labor warranty.

🚚 Shipping & Replacement

Once a warranty claim is approved:

  • VCarts will ship replacement parts via standard ground shipping at their discretion

  • Expedited shipping is available upon request, but additional charges will apply

🛑 Respectful Communication Required

VCarts is committed to respectful, helpful service—and expects the same in return. Any customer who uses abusive language or profanity in any form of communication (phone, email, text, video call, etc.) may have their warranty voided.

Eligibility for warranty coverage and determination of manufacturer defects are solely at the discretion of VCarts.
