Our Story
Serving the Emerald Coast since 2013. While new golf cart rental companies pop up every season, we've been here for over a decade—and we're not going anywhere.
Beach Better started the way most big dreams do—late nights, a kitchen table, and two people crazy enough to believe they could do it better. Nicole and Bubba had always been entrepreneurs at heart. Bubba spent 15 years as a technician at Porsche and Mercedes dealerships, mastering his craft and watching how the best shops operated. Nicole had the vision for what a customer experience should feel like. Together, they saw an opportunity: bring that level of care and precision to golf carts on the Emerald Coast. No corporate nonsense. No treating families like ticket numbers. Just honest work, fair prices, and people who actually pick up the phone. So they took the leap. And by the grace of God, it worked.
From day one, Nicole's sister Jacqueline has been our General Manager—running daily operations, leading our team, making sure nothing falls through the cracks. Our oldest son Tysen now works full-time, learning customer care from his Aunt Jacqueline and repairs from his dad. Jalen handles deliveries while finishing up at Destin High. Our daughters Maisie and Kinslee wash carts and help with data entry—earning their own money and occasionally arguing over the shop playlist. And Nicole keeps it all running behind the scenes: marketing, accounting, automation, strategy.
Family isn't just DNA. We've been blessed with team members who care about our customers the same way we do. When you build something with love, the right people find you.

Meet the Team
Nicole's sister and a cornerstone of Beach Better since day one. Jacqueline runs all day-to-day operations—the whole team reports to her. Scheduling, customer care, problem-solving... she handles it all with patience and a smile. We couldn't do this without her.
25+ years turning wrenches—15 of those at Porsche and Mercedes dealerships. If your cart has a weird noise, electrical gremlin, or just won't cooperate, Bubba's seen it. He brings dealership-level precision to every golf cart he touches.
The one behind the scenes making everything run. Marketing, accounting, automation, operations, strategy—the pieces you don't see but nothing works without. Her vision drives where Beach Better is headed.
