Yes. We offer free delivery to many areas in Miramar Beach, Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, and along 30A. To confirm your address qualifies, visit our Free Delivery page or text us at 850-830-4699.

Self-pickup is also available 24 hours a day at 76 N Holiday Rd, Miramar Beach, FL 32550 — your cart will be staged and ready, no coordination needed.

You'll receive your code two ways:

• By email: 7 AM the morning before your rental begins.
• By text: When your specific cart has been staged and is ready.

Every driver listed on the rental agreement receives the code. No waiting at a counter — just show up and go.

Each driver listed on the rental agreement must:

• Be 22 years of age or older.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Carry personal auto insurance in their own name.
• Sign the rental agreement.

Additional drivers can be added at the time of booking. For coverage options, see Renter's Collision Protection (RCP).

Electric carts: Charge to 100% and leave it plugged in.

Gas carts: Fill to the same fuel level as pickup with 87 unleaded.

Return the key to the lockbox and text a photo of the key inside the closed box to 850-830-4699 to confirm your return.

Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance you cancel — the earlier, the better. Full details are in our Terms, Conditions & Policies.

Plug in every night when you return. Use a dedicated outlet — nothing else should share that circuit while the cart is charging.

For your specific cart's setup, scan the QR code on the windshield or visit Electric Cart Driver Info.

• Eco battery + Lester charger: SOC percentage displayed above the steering wheel.
• Eco battery + Eco charger: Round gauge above the glove box.
• Trojan or US Battery: Color-light indicator left of the steering wheel. Green = full.

Most common: Passenger-side floor, front right.

Alternate: Under the driver's seat near the battery.

Use your 4-digit code to open the lockbox.

First check: Middle-row floor, passenger side.

Alternate: Under the middle seat near the yellow charging cord.

• Tow switch: Must be set to RUN, not TOW.
• Key: Turn it twice to the right to start.
• Eco battery: Press the green button if the indicator light is not lit.

3. Open Bluetooth on your phone and connect to "BEYOND".

Lift the middle seat. The lockbox sits on top of the gas tank. Enter your 4-digit code and slide the black button down to open.

No — headlights are manually controlled via the dashboard switch.

• Position 1: Low beams
• Position 2: High beams

Florida law requires headlights on public roads after dark.

Use the silver remote on the keychain — press power, then select your color.

Not working? Flip the blue-light switch on the dashboard to enable the light circuit first.

Our carts are fully street-legal Low Speed Vehicles (LSVs) with Florida plates, VINs, and all required safety equipment. You can drive on any public road posted at 35 mph or less, including:

• Scenic Gulf Drive — the primary route through Miramar Beach and Destin.
• Route 30A — through Santa Rosa Beach, Seaside, WaterColor, Grayton Beach, Seagrove Beach, and Rosemary Beach.
• Most neighborhood and community streets throughout the area.

Not permitted: Sidewalks, beaches, bike paths, grass, or any road posted above 35 mph.

For east-west travel, use Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach and Destin, or Route 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. Both are far more enjoyable routes and safer at LSV speeds.

Yes — every passenger must wear a seatbelt. Our carts include belts for every seat.

• Children under 3 require a properly installed car seat.
• No lap-sitting. No sharing belts.
• Violations are subject to Florida traffic citations issued to the driver.

No. Florida law prohibits handheld phone use while operating any motor vehicle, including LSVs. Headphones and earbuds are also prohibited while driving.

• Late return: $100 per hour
• Lost key: $50
• Missing charging cord (electric): $50
• Cart not charged at return: $100
• Cart not fueled at return (gas): $30
• Traffic tickets: Full citation amount + $35 processing fee

All of our carts carry AirTags for safety and recovery purposes. The notification is expected — it is not a cause for concern. The AirTag ID matches the cart ID on your windshield.

• Green: Calm conditions — safe to swim.
• Yellow: Moderate surf or currents — use caution.
• Red: High surf or strong currents — swimming not advised.
• Double Red: Beach legally closed to swimmers.
• Purple: Marine life in the area — jellyfish or stingrays.

Stay calm. Do not swim directly toward shore against the current's pull.

• Swim parallel to the shoreline until you are clear of the current.
• Then swim back to shore at an angle.
• If exhausted, float and signal for help.
