Where's the key on a 4-seat electric cart? +

Most common: Passenger side floor (front right)

Alternative: Under driver's seat by the battery

Use your 4-digit code to open the lockbox.

Where's the key on a 6-seat electric cart? +

First check: Middle row floor, passenger side

If not there: Under middle seat near yellow charging cord

How do I charge my electric cart? +

Every night: Plug in when you return

Important: Use dedicated outlet - nothing else on same circuit

Warning: Battery drains fast below 50%. Always charge above half!
How do I check battery level? +

Scan QR code on windshield, or check:

  • Eco + Lester: SOC number above steering wheel
  • Eco + Eco: Round gauge above glove box
  • Trojan/US: Color lights left of wheel (green = full)
Cart won't turn on - what do I check? +
  • Tow switch: Must be on RUN, not TOW
  • Key: Turn TWICE to the right
  • Eco battery: Press green button if not lit
How do I connect my phone to the speakers? +

1. Turn on cart

2. Press POW/MOD button

3. Connect Bluetooth to "BEYOND"

How do I turn on party lights? +

Press silver remote on dashboard. Change colors with buttons.

Not working? Flip black switch with blue light on dash.

Where's the key on a gas cart? +

Lift the middle seat. Lockbox is on top of gas tank.

Enter 4-digit code, slide black button down.

What fuel do I use? +

87 Unleaded only

Tank is under middle seat.

Prepaid fuel option: Text 850-830-4699 ($18.50)

How do I use the soundbar? +

1. Start cart

2. Hold power button on soundbar

3. Connect Bluetooth to "EcoXGear SE-18"

How do I turn on headlights? +

Not automatic! Use dashboard switch:

  • Position 1 = Low beams
  • Position 2 = High beams
How do I activate LED lights? +

Use silver remote on keychain. Press power, pick colors.

Not working? Flip blue light switch on dashboard.

Can I drive on Highway 98 (Emerald Coast Parkway)? +
NO! Never drive along Highway 98. You can only cross at traffic lights.

Use instead: Scenic 98 or 30A for east-west travel

Where can I legally drive? +

✅ YES: Scenic 98, 30A, roads 35mph or less, neighborhoods

❌ NO: Sidewalks, beaches, grass, bike paths

What are seatbelt rules? +

Everyone needs seatbelt!

  • Kids under 3 need car seats
  • No lap sitting
  • No sharing belts
Can I use my phone while driving? +

No! Florida law prohibits phone use while driving.

Also no headphones or earbuds.

What are the fees? +
  • Late return: $100/hour
  • Lost key: $50
  • Missing cord: $50
  • Tickets: You pay + $35
  • Not charged (electric): $100
  • Not fueled (gas): $30
Who can drive? +
  • 22+ years old
  • Valid driver's license
  • Car insurance with their name
  • Must sign rental agreement

2. Stay at scene

🟡 Yellow: Be careful - waves

🔴 Red: Don't swim - dangerous

Double Red = Beach closed!
What's a rip current? +

Strong water pulling out to sea.

If caught:

  • Don't panic
  • Swim sideways along beach
  • Then swim back at angle
