Section 01
Booking
No phone tree. No callback queue. Just a calendar.
How do I book a golf cart service appointment?
Beach Better service appointments are booked online 24/7 with your choice of date and time. View open appointments here. Texting (850) 830-4699 also works — usually faster than calling.
Can I really book online any time of day?
Yes. The booking calendar is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Book at midnight, lock in the slot you want, and skip the "we'll call you back tomorrow" routine. As far as we know, no other golf cart shop in the area allows online booking — so this is genuinely the easier option.
Do I need an appointment for tire mounting?
No. Walk in with your tires and wheels — we mount while you wait, no appointment needed. Mounting starts at $29 per tire. Tire service details.
Can I cancel or reschedule online?
Yes. The confirmation text and email include a link to reschedule or cancel. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice as a courtesy — fleet emergencies excluded.
Section 02
Pricing & Estimates
The number on the estimate is the number on the invoice. Period.
How much does golf cart service cost?
Tire replacement runs $50–$150 per tire. Basic tune-up is $75–$150. Annual comprehensive tune-up with tire rotation runs higher. Battery service ranges from $400 for a single replacement to $4,500 for a full lithium conversion. Brake service is typically $120–$350. Every job gets a written estimate before any work begins.
Do you give estimates before starting work?
Yes — every time, in writing, no exceptions. The number on the written estimate is the number on the invoice. If we find something during the work that would change the cost, you get a text and a photo before any additional work happens. No approval, no work, no charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, credit card, debit card, and most digital payment platforms. Property management companies and qualifying fleet accounts can be set up with monthly billing and net payment terms.
Do you have hidden charges or surprise fees?
No. Every job gets a written estimate before any work begins. The number you approve is the number you pay. If something during the work would change the price, you get a text and a photo first — and your approval before we proceed.

Section 03
Mobile Service
We come to the cart. Including gated communities.
Do you do mobile golf cart repair?
Yes. Mobile mechanic service is available throughout Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and the 30A corridor. Diagnostics, repairs, tune-ups, tire service, and battery work — all done at your home, vacation rental, or property. Mobile mechanic details and booking.
What does mobile service cost?
Service rates are the same whether you bring the cart to us or we come to you — no extra labor charge. Travel fees apply only to the extended zone (Fort Walton Beach, Niceville, Crestview, Panama City Beach) and are quoted upfront before booking. Primary zone calls have no travel fee.
Can you service carts in gated communities?
Yes. Service vehicles are allowed in every gated community, condo, and HOA in our service area — including communities that don't allow rentals like Hidden Dunes and TOPS'L. We coordinate gate access with you or property management before the appointment.
Do you carry parts in the truck?
Most popular tires, common batteries, fuses, brake hardware, light bulbs, and routine tune-up supplies travel on the service truck for same-visit installation. Specialty parts get ordered after the on-site diagnostic and installed at the follow-up visit.
What if you can't fix it on-site?
If the diagnostic shows the cart needs the shop, we tell you on-site, give you a written estimate, and can arrange transport back to our Miramar Beach facility. You decide what happens next — no high-pressure sales.
Section 04
Brands & Models
Every major manufacturer. Gas, electric, lead-acid, lithium.
What golf cart brands do you service?
Beach Better services every major golf cart and Low Speed Vehicle brand including Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, ICON EV, Evolution, VCarts, Bintelli, Advanced EV, Aetric, Star EV, Tomberlin, Garia, Cushman, Honor LSV, Sierra LSV, Denago, HDK, Massimo, Polaris GEM, Vivid EV, and most other manufacturers. If it's a golf cart, we work on it.
Do you service both gas and electric carts?
Yes. Gas engine repair (carburetors, fuel systems, oil changes, spark plugs), electric motor and controller diagnostics, both lead-acid and lithium battery systems. Two decades of dealership-level mechanical experience runs the service department.
Are you a VCarts dealer?
Yes — Beach Better is an authorized VCarts dealer and service center. Full warranty service, parts access, and factory training on the entire VCarts lineup.
Do you service street-legal LSVs?
Yes. Street-legal Low Speed Vehicles need DOT-compliant tires, working lights, turn signals, mirrors, and seat belts to maintain road-legal status. We service all LSV brands and handle the inspections, repairs, and equipment needed for Florida road legality.
Can you do lithium battery conversions?
Yes. Lithium conversions for Club Car, EZGO, Yamaha, and most major brands. Lithium gives you longer range (40+ miles), faster charging, zero maintenance, and a 5–8 year lifespan. ROI typically lands at 3–4 years versus replacing lead-acid sets.
Section 05
Fleet & Property Manager Service
Built for the people whose carts make them money.
Do you offer fleet pricing?
Yes. Custom fleet pricing is available for property management companies, HOAs, and rental fleet operators. Pricing is quoted per account based on fleet size and service needs. Fleet account details.
How do I set up a fleet account?
Text (850) 830-4699 with your company name, number of carts, and locations. We'll put together a custom quote and get you set up — usually the same day.
Can you do seasonal fleet prep before peak season?
Yes. Pre-season fleet inspections, battery health checks, tire assessments, brake inspections, and fluid service for gas carts. Get the entire fleet guest-ready before the peak season starts. Text us to schedule a fleet audit.
What if the property owner is out of town?
Most of our fleet clients work this way. We send the photo-documented diagnosis and written estimate to you. You forward it to the owner. Once approved, we do the work and send the digital invoice. The owner never has to be local.
Can you invoice my management company directly?
Yes. Direct invoicing available for property management companies with established accounts. Monthly billing, net payment terms, consolidated invoicing for multiple properties, and digital invoice delivery.
Section 06
Repairs, Turnaround & Emergencies
What to expect when you actually need us.
How fast can you complete a repair?
Many common repairs are completed same-day if parts are in stock. Standard maintenance is typically done in 24–48 hours. Complex repairs that need ordered parts run 3–5 business days. Text us with the situation for an honest ETA on your specific job.
Do you do same-day emergency service?
Yes. Stranded carts, dead batteries, flat tires on the road, brake failures, charger failures — text us with the situation and we'll reply with an honest ETA. Emergency service details.
Do you do dead-cart pickup?
Yes. If the cart is completely dead and immovable, we'll come pick it up, transport it to the shop, diagnose, and quote the repair. Book pickup online or text us.
How often should I service my golf cart?
Annual tune-up for occasional use. Twice-yearly (spring and fall) for regular drivers. Quarterly for fleet operators and daily commuters. Coastal salt air accelerates wear on every component — increase frequency if your cart lives near the beach.
Should I repair or replace my old cart?
Depends on the frame condition. A full rebuild — batteries, motor, controller — runs $3,000–$5,000. A new street-legal cart runs $8,000–$15,000+. We give honest assessments. Sometimes the right answer is sell it and start fresh — we'll tell you that if it's true.
What if my cart is still under warranty?
Bring us the documentation. We service most major brand warranties — VCarts as an authorized dealer, plus warranty work on EWG extended warranties and several manufacturer warranties. Text us your brand and model, we'll confirm coverage.
