Bundles let us match the right cart configuration to the right delivery setup, ensure your bundle includes all premium features (Bluetooth, LED, USB charging), and keep pricing transparent — no hidden delivery fees or surprise charges. Each bundle is built around a specific delivery zone OR store pickup, so you're seeing a true all-in price for your trip.
How much does a Beach Better golf cart rental cost?
Pricing varies by bundle type (cart configuration + delivery zone) and rental length. Daily, weekend, weekly, and monthly rates are all available — weekly bundles offer the best per-day value. The catalog above shows exact pricing for the dates you select. Free delivery is included on doorstep delivery bundles.
What's the difference between delivery bundles and store pickup bundles?
Delivery bundles include free delivery to your vacation rental and free pickup at the end of your trip. Store pickup bundles are typically the lowest-priced option — you collect the cart from our shop at 76 N Holiday Rd, Miramar Beach using a code-protected lockbox available 24/7.
Should I book a 4-seat or 6-seat? Electric or gas?
4-seat works for couples and groups of 2-4; 6-seat is the family favorite (seats 6 across 3 rows, rear seat folds for cargo). Electric is most renters' choice — quieter, smoother, just plug in overnight. Gas is best for longer days where charging anxiety is unwelcome (all gas bundles in our fleet are lifted 6-seaters with extra ground clearance).
Do you deliver to my vacation rental?
Probably yes. The delivery zone tiles above show our service areas: Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Seagrove/Inlet Beach. A few HOAs and resort communities don't permit rental carts — check the neighborhood rules page before booking, or text (850) 830-4699 with your rental address.
Who can drive the cart?
Anyone listed on the rental agreement who is at least 22 years old, has a valid state-issued driver's license, and carries active auto insurance in their own name. The first 2 additional drivers are free; each driver after that is $15. Add a driver online.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations more than 10 days before the rental start date carry a $50 fee. Cancellations within 10 days are non-refundable. If Beach Better requires you to return the cart early due to severe weather, you receive a prorated refund.
Once I book, what happens next?
You receive an instant confirmation email and a text from our team. Sign the Adobe Sign rental agreement, list any additional drivers, and text us your gate code if your community is gated. The morning of your rental, your lockbox code arrives by email; once your cart is staged, you get a confirmation text. Full operating instructions live in our Renter Guide.
