01. Lockbox Access

For gas-powered six-seat low speed vehicles

1 Locate the Lockbox

The lockbox is attached to the top of the gas tank under the middle row of seats.

To find it: Lift up the middle row seats using the armrest. The gas tank and lockbox will be visible.

2 Open the Lockbox

Enter the provided 4-digit code on the lockbox keypad by lining up the numbers.

  • Code is emailed the day before your rental begins
  • Code is emailed again when your cart is ready
  • Slide the black button downward once code is entered
Troubleshooting

If the black button won't slide down, the numbers aren't lined up evenly. Recheck the alignment.

3 Retrieve Your Key

Take the key from the lockbox, close it securely, and lower the seat back into place.

02. Soundbar System

Bluetooth audio system for your journey

Power Controls

  • Power On: Start cart, press and hold power button. You'll hear "Speaker on, ready to connect."
  • Power Off: Press button briefly

Bluetooth Connection

Search for "EcoXGear SE-18" in your device's Bluetooth settings and connect.

Flashing Blue — Pairing mode
Solid Blue — Connected

Volume Control

Press volume buttons briefly to adjust. Hold for continuous adjustment.

Party Lights

Important

Soundbar lights are separate from underbody glow lights. Both systems can be used simultaneously.

Front Lights

Press sunshine icon button. Press multiple times for solid or pulse modes.

Rear LED Strip

Press button beside light button to activate rear strip.

Additional Features

  • Mode Button: Cycle through Bluetooth, EcoCast, FM, and AUX modes
  • EcoTalk: Hold 3 seconds for voice assistant (Siri, Google)

03. LED Glow Lights

Underbody and wheel well illumination system

1 Activate System

Start your cart and press the power button on the silver remote control fob attached to your key.

2 Customize Display

Use remote to adjust colors, modes, and speed settings.

Troubleshooting

If lights don't activate, flip the dashboard switch with the blue indicator light.

04. Headlights

Manual headlight operation for night driving

Note

Headlights are not automatic and must be manually activated.

1 Start Vehicle

Insert key and turn to ON position.

2 Locate Switch

Find headlight switch on dashboard (lightbulb icon).

  • Position 1 — Low beams
  • Position 2 — High beams
3 Activate Lights

Flip switch to illuminate path ahead.

05. Refueling Instructions

Return requirements and fuel options

Fuel Type

87 Unleaded gasoline only

Return Options

Standard Return

Fill tank with 87 Unleaded at any gas station before returning.

Prepaid Fuel

Text 850-830-4699 to add service. We'll handle refueling for $18.50

Forgot to Refuel?

If you return without refueling and haven't selected prepaid fuel, a $30.00 charge will be applied to your card on file.

When do I receive my lockbox code?

You'll receive your 4-digit lockbox code via email the day before your rental begins, and again when your cart is ready for pickup.

What type of fuel does the gas cart use?

All gas carts require 87 Unleaded gasoline. Do not use any other fuel type.

How do I connect my phone to the soundbar?

Search for "EcoXGear SE-18" in your device's Bluetooth settings and connect. The LED will turn solid blue when connected.

Are the headlights automatic?

No, headlights must be manually activated using the dashboard switch. Position 1 is for low beams, Position 2 for high beams.

What happens if I forget to refuel?
