Common Questions
How much does mobile golf cart service cost?
Service rates are the same whether you bring your cart in or we come to you — no extra labor charge. Travel fees apply only to the extended zone (Fort Walton Beach, Panama City Beach, Crestview area) and are quoted upfront before booking. Primary zone calls have no travel fee.
What if the repair can't be done on-site?
If the diagnostic shows the cart needs the shop — frame work, complex electrical rebuilds, lift kit installation — we tell you on-site, give you a written estimate, and can arrange transport to our Miramar Beach facility. You decide.
Can you fix a cart in a gated community?
Yes. Service vehicles are allowed in every gated community, condo complex, and HOA in the service area — including ones that don't allow rentals. We coordinate gate access with you or your property manager before the appointment.
Do you carry parts in the truck?
Yes — most popular tires, common batteries, fuses, brake hardware, light bulbs, and routine tune-up supplies travel on the service truck. Specialty parts get ordered after the on-site diagnostic and installed at the follow-up visit.
How fast can you get to my cart?
Scheduling depends on what's open on the calendar — text us with the situation and we'll give you an honest ETA. Same-day service is sometimes possible depending on the schedule and what parts are needed.
Do you service vacation rentals?
Yes — vacation rental cart repair is one of the things we do most. We coordinate with the property manager, owner, or guest. Most service is invisible to the guest's day. Property manager fleet accounts available.
