🔐 Lockbox Code & Vehicle Access

When your low-speed vehicle is ready for you:

All drivers will receive a text message with the 4-digit lockbox code and instructions for accessing the key.

The primary driver will also receive a photo of your cart to help you easily locate it.

The lockbox code will be sent via email twice:

  • At 7:00 AM the day before your rental begins.

  • Again, as soon as your cart is ready for use.

Gas Vehicles:

  • Please refuel with 87 Unleaded before returning the vehicle.

  • If you forget, no worries—we’ll handle it and charge a $30 refueling fee to the primary renter’s card.

  • Want to skip the gas station? Text us at (850) 830-4699 to set up Prepaid Fuel Service.

Electric Vehicles:

  • Charge the vehicle to 100% before your rental ends. A recharging fee on uncharged electric cart returns will be billed to the CC on file as the cart will be unusable when it arrives to the next family a couple hours after you leave town.

  • Leave it plugged in until we arrive for pickup.

PICKUP TIMING

We will never retrieve the vehicle before your scheduled end time.

  • Pickup will occur sometime after your rental concludes, depending on our route and schedule.

  • Please don’t expect our driver to arrive exactly at the moment your rental ends ⌛.

ON DELIVERY DAY

We’re committed to having your rental vehicle delivered by the start time of your reservation—and often, it may arrive a little earlier ⏰.

Due to the number of deliveries and pickups we manage each day the delivery might occur earlier than your scheduled delivery time. We cannot delay a delivery based on a property manager’s preference. To stay on schedule, vehicles are periodically delivered in advance of the scheduled start time. 🛺

If that occurs the vehicle will be parked neatly to the side, out of the way, and will never interfere with property management’s turnover activities.
