Is delivery really free, or is it built into the bundle price?
Delivery and pickup are included in every Beach Better delivery bundle at no extra charge — there's no hidden delivery surcharge added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay. Store pickup bundles are typically lower-priced because they don't include delivery; if you'd rather collect from our shop and save, the store pickup bundles are here.
Where exactly do you deliver?
Our delivery footprint covers four zones along the Emerald Coast: Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Seagrove or Inlet Beach. Each zone has its own dedicated bundles above. If your vacation rental address falls inside any of these zones, we deliver. A few HOAs and resort communities (Hidden Dunes and TOPS'L for example) don't permit rental carts at all — confirm yours on the neighborhood rules page.
What time will my cart be delivered?
Delivery happens the morning of your rental start date. Once you book, our team confirms the delivery time window within 24 hours by text. Most renters have their cart staged and ready before midday.
Do I need to be at the rental when the cart arrives?
No. Beach Better uses a lockbox system — your cart is staged at your vacation rental and the key is in a code-protected lockbox. The morning of your rental, your lockbox code arrives by email. Once your cart is staged, you get a confirmation text. Show up whenever you arrive, retrieve the key, and start exploring.
How does pickup work at the end of the trip?
At the end of your rental, leave the cart at the same vacation rental address with the key in the lockbox. We pick it up on schedule. No drop-off run, no return paperwork, no extra steps.
What if my vacation rental community is gated?
Most gated communities along the Emerald Coast permit our delivery vehicle with a code. Once you book, text us your community's gate code at (850) 830-4699 so we can deliver without delay. If your community doesn't permit delivery vehicles, we'll work out an alternate staging spot with you before delivery day.
Can I have the cart delivered to a hotel or resort instead of a vacation home?
Sometimes — depends on the property. Many beachfront hotels and resorts have specific rules about LSV delivery and parking. Text (850) 830-4699 with the property name and we'll confirm before you book.
What's the difference between a delivery bundle and a store pickup bundle?
Delivery bundles include free delivery and free pickup at your vacation rental. Store pickup bundles are typically the lowest-priced option — you collect from our shop at 76 N Holiday Rd in Miramar Beach using a code-protected lockbox available 24/7. Both options use the same fleet of street-legal carts with all premium features.
