What Qualifies As A Same-Day Golf Cart Emergency?
Honest definition — not everything is an emergency, and we'd rather tell you upfront than overpromise.
Cart won't start at all
Dead battery, bad solenoid, controller fault, blown fuse. Diagnostic on the spot, often fixable roadside.
Flat tire on the road
Roadside patch or full replacement. Most common sizes carried on the service truck for same-visit fix.
Charger failure
Cart sat all night, won't take a charge. We diagnose the charger, the batteries, and the outlet — fix the actual problem.
Brake failure or grinding
Metal-on-metal noise, brakes won't engage, pedal feels wrong. Stop driving immediately — we'll come to you.

How fast can you respond to a golf cart emergency?
Book online and we'll confirm an ETA at time of booking. Same-day dispatch is often possible depending on the schedule and parts needed. We won't promise what we can't deliver — the booked appointment shows real availability.
What does same-day emergency service cost?
The exact price depends on the diagnosis and parts needed. Every emergency call gets a written estimate before any work begins — the estimate is the price. No surprises at pickup.
I rented from another company. Will you still help me?
Yes — if you're stranded, we'll come help. We coordinate with most local rental companies. If the rental company is non-responsive, we can fix the cart on-site and you can sort reimbursement with them afterward.
What if you can't fix the cart on-site?
We tow the cart to our Miramar Beach shop, perform the full diagnostic with written estimate, and get to work. For vacation rental guests, we coordinate the repair with your rental company directly.
Do you do dead-cart pickup?
Yes. If your cart is completely dead and immovable, book the stranded cart pickup online. We'll transport it to the shop, diagnose, and quote the repair.
Can you service emergencies in gated communities?
Yes — every gated community in our service area allows service vehicles. We coordinate gate access through you, the property manager, or the HOA office.
