Good to Know
Yes. Every cart we rent or sell is a registered Florida Low Speed Vehicle with a license plate, road-legal on Scenic Gulf Drive, 30A, and secondary roads posted 35 mph or less. They're not allowed on Highway 98, sidewalks, or the beach.
If your neighborhood is on the approved delivery list, yes — free, to Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and 30A. Check the Neighborhood Rules page to confirm your address. If your community isn't approved, you can pick up at the shop instead.
Yes. We're an authorized VCarts lithium dealer with new carts for home and commercial use, plus used carts with documented service history. Every cart comes street-legal with a clean title, and we handle the Florida registration paperwork for you.
