Warranty and Service: All new units come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Used units may come with a limited warranty or be sold "as-is." Extended warranties are available for purchase. Regular maintenance and service are recommended to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your golf cart.
Street-Legal Compliance: For units intended for street use, compliance with local and state regulations is required. This includes, but is not limited to, proper registration, insurance, and adherence to safety standards such as headlights, taillights, turn signals, mirrors, and seat belts.
Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are subject to the dealership’s return policy. A restocking fee may apply. Custom orders and special configurations may not be eligible for return.
Liability: Beach Better is not responsible for any damage or injury resulting from the use of the golf cart. Customers are advised to operate their vehicles safely and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
